2010 Year in Review...

I stole this idea from another awesome Army wife over at http://happylifeasanarmywife.blogspot.com and it took me well over a week to think of what to write for each month and which pictures to use. So much stuff happened in 2010, we moved from Ky to CO and back again. We got our Soldier back and he left again. We celebrated some awesome birthdays and found out we'll be adding another one to celebrate in a different country in 2011! We made tons of awesome friends in Colorado and then had to say farewell to them all. So... here ya go...

January: This was a fairly uneventful month for us. We rang in the new year with Uncle Bryan, Allie, and Hailey. We did things around KY with family and friends. We had a fun bowling day with Aunt Susan, Uncle Robbie, and Aunt Liz, and Kaitlyn tested for her orange belt in Little Dragons.

February: Kaitlyn turned 4! She had her birthday party at gymnastics and everyone had a great time! We also bought the Jeep for Randy...

March: What a crazy month March was! We were given a house on base at Ft Carson so we packed up and made the trip back along with LOTS of help from family! We did some sightseeing in the springs with family and just started getting everything settled in our new house.

April: This was another uneventful month for us. The girls and I were alone in our house in CO and just tried to play, play, play, to pass the time...

MAY!!!: What a great month was! It started out slow as could be as we were still alone in CO, so we took a trip back to KY for a bit and then... the best day ever!!! Randy came home!!!

June: This was a jam packed month for us! We did so much stuff this month trying to make up for the year of lost time. We went to the zoo, the aquarium in Denver, Itz and Chucke Cheese and tons of time at the parks and just hanging out playing with daddy! Randy and I went to our first military ball (only after 8 years,lol) and Papa came to visit!

July: Papa was in Colorado with us for two weeks and we all had a blast! Randy and I ran the craziest organized run we've ever done, 2010 Mud Run (4 miles too!). We went to the Great Sand Dunes and sodded our backyard just before finding out we were headed to Italy in 2011!

August: Kaylee is 2!! We had a fun birthday party for Kaylee at our house with loads of cake, presents, balloons and the best friends we could ask for! We also found out that baby #3 would be joining us in 2011!

September: This month we took a trip back to KY to have fun with family and friends and Randy got his 3rd degree black belt! Go Randy!

October: What a crazy month this was! We started our packing and the movers came and in a matter of three days we had no stuff and no house! We moved in with our awesome friends Vic and Vik. The best group of friends ever took a trip with us to the pumpkin patch and we had sooo much fun! and of course we had 2 of the cutest girls ever on Halloween. Our little "Dorthy" won best costume and our little kitty was as cute as could be! And how could I forget our Christmas in October party with all the Colorado peeps!

November: This was a bittersweet month. We knew that leaving Colorado meant that we were getting started on our new adventure but it also meant we had to say goodbye to the awesome friends that we had made. The girls and I moved back to KY (with loads of help from Papa) and Randy went on to have some fun at Ft Leonardwood.... This is also the month where I realized that I packed my camera cord and can only upload pictures from my phone :(

December: This was a really fun month! Loads of Christmas parties, of course the girls got spoiled like crazy, and Randy was able to come home for 2 weeks. We rang in the new year the same as before but this time Randy was there and so was Aunt Missy... oh, and of course I didn't get to drink...
