Now that we have internet I promise I am going to update my blog... one day.
We have been so busy with fixing up the house and getting things that we need, playing with the girls and of course walking everywhere (which these last few days have been awesome to have a car and not have to walk!!). I have lots to tell about our adventures on the planes and in the airports on the way here and then the lovely stay in the hotel and all the silly things they make you do when you get here. It's really quite crazy! Then of course there is lots to tell about our house and about the girls and how they love playing outside, (and have given me some scares with not staying at the park which is litterally right behind our house!). Oh, and the Italian hospital, or San Bortolo Ospidale (which is where I will be having my c-section), that visit is a worth over 1000 words all in itself!
And yesterday, with Randy driving (because I have yet to get my Italian drivers license), we traveled to Ikea which is in Padova (not too far away from us but not super close...) without a GPS. Yep we got lost... but only for a few minutes. That will be for another post :)
To sum it up so far, we love it here. There are a bunch of negative people who hate it here or just hate this or that, blah blah. but it truly is what you make of it and so far we have NO complaints, and havn't. We have traveled here with 2 little kids and a huge dog, stayed in the hotel for over a week, had no car for over 4 weeks, and I am 35 weeks prego and I can easily say it is all what you make of it :)
Promise to write more later!!
Ciao!
How could I forget to mention our lifesaver here in Italy too! Belinda!! we love her and seriously would have been lost from day 1 without her :)
